The November Luncheon is the chapter’s Annual Business Meeting - where the primary item of chapter business is the election of the 2025 MOAS Officers and Board of Directors.(Bios in Breeze - after the Calendar) Following the Business Meeting, the luncheon speaker will be Estrella Engelhardt, a chapter member who has authored a book that was part of her grief therapy upon the death of her husband..

Hurricanes Helene and Milton put quite a crimp in our YAHOO event plans, and we will re-implement our YAHOO activities as the county venues once again open for business.

The November Meet and Greet event will be at GRILLSMITH (TAMIAMI TRAIL) on Wednesday November 20 at 5:30 pm.

Looking forward to seeing you at the November luncheon and the Meet & Greet.

One more item — In addition to the Luncheon Reservation, the Breeze contains a description and reservation form for the upcoming Military Gala on Dec 8 2024. Please take advantage of this early opportunity to sign up for this evening event.

In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this issue of The Breeze - and as always, please let me know if you have any suggestions on how we can improve it.

Thank you & Stay Safe
